Stout Property has experience handling the land development process including locating suitable land, entitling land, development planning and permitting.

This project in Slippery Rock, PA was completed in partnership with Self Storage Ninjas. We acquired the land, completed the entitlement, planning and permitting process and identified the general contractor and steel building supplier through a competitive bid process. The finished product looks fantastic and the new owners are moving forward with the lease-up process!
