Energy & Site Development
The land question behind every power project.
Data centers and industrial load are chasing power faster than the grid can deliver it. The constraint isn’t capital. It’s a site with gas, a path to interconnection, and clean surface and mineral title underneath.
That’s our lane. We work the land, title, and permitting layer that determines whether a site is real or just a pin on a map.
What we do
- Site selection and screening: surface constraints, topography, access, setbacks
- Behind-the-meter natural gas generation siting
- Interconnection queue analysis and gas-to-power conversion scenarios across PJM, MISO, and SPP
- Surface and subsurface rights assembly, right of way, and damage negotiation
- Permitting and entitlement coordination
Before this, Jim managed site selection, survey, civil engineering, entitlements, and right of way for five-acre shale pads with two-to-three-million-gallon impoundments: twenty-plus acres of disturbance per site, permitted and built. The scale is different now. The problems aren’t.
